Automated Data Gathering Through Our Platforms and Emails

Our websites, social media interactions, and email communications may employ automated methods, such as cookies, web beacons, server logs, and other related technologies to gather certain information. Cookies are data files sent by websites to uniquely identify your browser or store information or settings within the browser. Web beacons (also known as Internet tags, pixel tags, or clear GIFs) link web pages to web servers and their cookies, potentially transmitting information gathered through cookies back to a web server.

The information collected via these methods might include device-specific details, behavioral and technical data characteristics, browsing patterns, navigational actions, IP addresses, unique device identifiers, web browser attributes, device attributes, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, clickstream data, and details on dates and times of site visits.

Location Information

Our websites, emails, and certain features may collect varied types of location data. We may receive precise geolocation of your mobile device, provided you allow your device to share this information. If accessing our platforms via a desktop device, you might be able to provide general location information to us. Our emails may also use your IP address to determine your location when you open the email.

Processing De-Identified Data

We ensure that any de-identified data remains so and will not attempt to re-identify such data, unless permitted by the relevant laws.

Third-Party Analytics Services

We may engage third-party analytics services, such as Google Analytics, for our websites. The service providers administering these analytics use technologies such as cookies, web beacons, and server logs to aid our analysis of your usage of our websites. The data collected through these technologies may be disclosed to these analytics providers, and other relevant entities, who utilize this information to evaluate site usage. For more information about Google Analytics and how to opt out, please click here or here.
