Any other dispute will be finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Comprehensive Arbitration Rules of the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Service, Inc. (“JAMS”), by three arbitrators appointed according to the Rules. The arbitration will occur in Winston-Salem, NC in English and the decision can be enforced in any court. The party prevailing in any action to enforce this Agreement will be entitled to costs and attorneys’ fees. If any part of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it will be interpreted to reflect the original intent of the parties, and the rest will remain in full force and effect. Either party’s waiver of any term or condition or any breach will not waive any other term, condition, or breach. You may assign your rights under this Agreement to any party that agrees to its terms and conditions; BALLOT ACCESS MARKETING may assign its rights without condition. This Agreement will bind and benefit the parties and their successors and permitted assigns.
